I've found that starting my day with something I absolutely love really helps me get out of bed. I love writing so I try to set up a 'quick' project that I can complete in 30 min to an hour. I plan it out the night before so when the alarm goes off, I know exactly what I'm going to be working on. It's such a mood-changer when I can complete that first thing (again, something I truly enjoy) and get going on the rest of my day.
